• You may cancel and request a refund only if the service has not yet been accessed.

Once the service has been accessed, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. If you cancel within the 30-day window before accessing the service, we will process any applicable refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. No fees will be incurred for such refunds.
